Shop added

A new shop feature has been added that utilizes emeralds as a form of currency. You can now use the /shop command or see pricing on the shop page.
Currently, there is a limited set of mob eggs. They are intentionally expensive to still encourage you to find and breed the mobs yourself, but this is an alternative to moving mobs or if you really cannot find what you need.
I roughly used the following criteria to exclude mobs for purchase to maintain the challenge of Minecraft:
- Excluded mobs that are not generally peaceful.
- Excluded mobs that will follow/teleport with you (Examples: dogs, cats, parrots, etc...)
- Excluded mobs that you can easily ride and steer (Examples: horses, camels, llamas, etc...)
- Excluded mobs that you can transport easily in the form of eggs, buckets, or hives (Examples: chickens, turtles, sniffers, fish, axolotls, bees)
- Excluded mobs that are difficult to remove (Example: allays)
- Excluded mobs that you can craft (Example: snow golem)
- Excluded mobs that despawn on their own (Examples: bats, dolphins, squids)
I determined three pricing tiers (1, 2, or 4 stacks of emeralds) would be best based on the following:
- how much use they are to the player
- rarity - if they are only found in specific biomes or structures
